This fast-turnaround project moved from concept to production in just two weeks, delivering 12,000 T-shirts and jackets within a tight deadline. The focus was on maintaining consistency across branding, sizing, and print quality while working at speed. We handled design layouts, mock-ups, and print positioning, coordinating closely with overseas manufacturers to align materials, colours, and specifications. Clear planning allowed factories to move quickly from sampling into full bulk production, ensuring the entire order was completed efficiently and ready for distribution.
