There's no formal minimum. Audits start at $49, a Strategy Session is $250 and website projects start at $750 for a landing page.

It depends on the scope, how ready your content is and how quickly feedback comes back. You get a timeline alongside your fixed quote, before anything starts.
Yes. Unless your proposal says otherwise, a 50% initial payment starts the work and the balance is due before final delivery or launch. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. The details are in our Terms.
Your proposal sets out what's included at each stage, including the rounds of feedback. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we do it.
No. Hosting, domains and other platform subscriptions are billed to you directly by the provider, separately from our fee. We'll advise on what your site needs.
Your Shopify plan, any paid apps and any theme licence are billed by Shopify and the app developers, not by us. Part of every Shopify build is keeping that app list short.
Subscriptions for tools like CRMs, email platforms, booking or payment services are your responsibility and billed by those providers. We implement and connect them; we don't resell them.
Once paid in full, the final approved deliverables are yours. If you'd like us to keep the site maintained and improving, CHRISPS Care starts at $99/mo and Maintenance at $149/mo.
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings or AI-search placement. We fix the foundations, build the right content and earn authority honestly. Most SEO work starts with an audit ($99) or SEO Foundation ($750).
Monthly plans (Care, Maintenance, SEO, creative and email) are billed monthly and cover an agreed scope, set out in writing before they start. Creative retainers run from $750/mo and SEO plans from $750/mo.
