Who will I actually work with?
CHRISPS is founder-led and deliberately small. The people you speak to at the start are the people who design and build your project.
Where are you based?
We work between Canada and the United Kingdom, with clients in both markets. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.
How does a project start?
Send a brief through Start a Project. We'll reply with questions, a recommended scope and a fixed quote. Nothing starts until you've agreed the scope.
Do you handle events?
Events and experiential work are handled by our sister company, Darling & Co.

Are your prices fixed?
Published prices are starting points. Once scope is agreed you get a fixed quote, and any changes are quoted before we do the work.
What currency are prices in?
All prices on this website are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Do you work hourly?
We prefer fixed project pricing. Where hourly makes more sense, consulting starts at $150/h and development at $150/h.

Are your website tools automated?
Yes, in beta. Each free check runs automated, rule-based tests on one page and shows the evidence for every finding, plus what it can't judge. Paid audits are reviewed by a person.
Can you guarantee rankings or AI placement?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee search rankings or how AI assistants mention a business. We improve what you control and report honestly on what changes.
Do you use AI to generate audit results?
Findings come from rule-based checks and human review. AI may help explain results in plain language, but it doesn't decide them.
